Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is verified (or COD is validated by phone). We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, with immediate full refund.
Product Information
Specifications are published from manufacturer datasheets and verified by our engineering team. Minor revisions by manufacturers (e.g. firmware, cosmetic changes) may occur between production batches without notice.
Warranty
Products carry the warranty stated on their product page, honoured locally by ZYNERGY. Warranty is void where serial numbers are removed, products are physically damaged by misuse, or installation grossly violates the product manual.
Limitation of Liability
ZYNERGY's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses such as energy production shortfalls or business interruption.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
