Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Window

Unused products in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Initiate a return from your account or by contacting support with your order number.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product fails on first use within 72 hours of delivery, we replace it — we do not repair a brand-new purchase. Replacement units ship within 48 hours of DOA verification, courier costs on us.

Warranty Claims

Beyond the return window, products are covered by their stated brand warranty (up to 30 years on panel performance, 10 years on lithium batteries, 5 years on generators and inverters). File a claim through the Warranty Claim section of your account; our service team responds within one working day.

Refund Timelines

Card and wallet refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the return passing inspection. Bank transfer refunds within 3 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Non-Returnable Items

Cut-to-length cable, opened consumables (sealants, cleaning fluids) and products with tampered serial numbers cannot be returned unless defective.
