Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage & Timelines

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your city: major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) typically receive orders in 2–3 working days; other cities and towns in 3–5 working days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are dispatched the same day, subject to payment verification.

Shipping Charges

Orders above Rs 50,000 ship free. Below that threshold, a flat Rs 1,500 shipping fee applies to standard parcels. Oversized freight (full pallets of panels, 10kWh+ battery banks) is quoted at checkout based on destination.

Heavy & Fragile Items

Solar panels ship on padded pallets with corner protection and tilt indicators. Batteries ship in reinforced cartons with certified handlers. All shipments are insured against transit damage at no extra cost.

Please inspect heavy items at delivery and note any visible damage on the courier receipt — this makes any insurance claim immediate and automatic.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by SMS and email at dispatch. Live status is available on our Track Order page, updated in near real-time from the courier API.
